Has gratitude changed things for you?

Your Magenta Monday Magic.

This month we are all about enhancing positive thoughts and emotions so that negative ones are neutralized and become less meaningful and impactful in your life.

Our theme has been focused on finding time to be grateful for the little treasures to be found in each day and conditioning ourselves to be on the lookout for those beautiful moments in which we can breathe in deep, raise our faces to the sky, and smile.

I love this quote by Brenè Brown,

“I don’t have to chase extraordinary moments to find happiness – it’s right in front of me if I’m paying attention and practicing gratitude.”

Our world is going through such strange times right now and learning to practice daily gratitude is so important for your overall health and well-being.

Throughout the month, I’ve touched on the abundance vs. scarcity mindset - it’s when you focus on what is always missing and you are operating out of scarcity then that’s what you attract more of.

What you turn your focus to will expand, whether it’s positive or negative in nature.

So, as we navigate through this pandemic and rise above our circumstances in a state of gratitude it’s really important to keep inviting goodness into our lives.

Because even in darkness there is something to be grateful for - a learning, an awareness, an awakening of self.

And by being mindful of the good that you have been blessed with in your life will attract more and more good things to you in the future.

Monday Mindshift

Reflect on what we've explored this month.

  1. Think about something that happened to you recently. Did you automatically go to negative? Or were you able to reframe it in the positive?

  2. Did you choose 3 things every night celebrating the small moments that might otherwise go unnoticed? Did you start looking for them once you got in the habit?

I’d absolutely love to hear about what you have discovered during our month of gratitude. Drop a comment on the Thriving Moms Collective describing your Gratitude wins!

I’m so grateful for you!
